ABOUT
The Philosophers are a seven piece musical group based out of the St. Louis metro area. It has performed for a variety of events and venues, ranging from city festivals, parties of various sorts, corporate events, wedding receptions, fundraisers and even a movie premiere.The group prides itself on its wide selection of performance music. Performance genres include Jazz, the American Songbook, Funk, Fusion, Latin and Bossas, Reggae, Classic Rock, Alternative Rock, Mongolian Rock (yes really), Top 40, original songs and more.Performing together for over 14 years, The Philosophers are fueled by a love of music, philosophical discussion, a variety of liquid refreshments and an occasional pit stop for bacon and chicken wings.
